The widget inherits your branding, reads availability live, and opens the booking flow without sending the customer to a third-party site. We also generate a hosted booking link if you don't have a site yet.

Not today — SmakSpace doesn't capture deposits or pre-authorise cards at booking confirmation. What you can do now: booking reminders catch the forgetfulness no-shows (most of them) — they are available on request, so ask us to switch reminders on for your venue — and staff can mark a booking as a no-show, which stays on that booking record for when you look the diner up later. Nothing yet flags it automatically when they book again. If deposit capture is a dealbreaker for your venue, tell us — that feedback shapes the roadmap.

Reminders 24 hours and 2 hours before the booking, by email (plus SMS when you connect your own SMS credentials) — available on request, so ask us to switch reminders on for your venue. Online cancellation for diners who booked while signed in: they cancel from the booking in their account and the table goes back to the pool instead of staying empty. The confirmation email itself carries the date, time, table and confirmation code and asks anyone else to phone the venue — there is no cancel link in it. And a no-show status your staff can set on each booking.
